Please respond to this by confirming if:
* You or a representative will be present in-person at the SOFIE Awards in New York
* You or a representative will participate virtually in the SOFIE Awards ceremony
* Neither you or a representative will be able to participate in person or online, BUT you have sent an acceptance video to be used, in case your short film is announced as a 2022 SOFIE Winner
Now, below is all the info you need for The 8th Annual SOFIE Short Film Awards, happening:

1. There are two links that each Nominee participating in the awards ceremony virtually, should have easily accessible.

You can share this one publicly and with all your family, friends and supporters who want to watch virtually.

Until your nomination category is about to be presented, please watch the virtual ceremony using the YouTube link above.
For example: If you are nominated in the very first category...Outstanding Technical Work in a Short Film...please use the PRIVATE STREAMYARD link and logon by 6:00 PM (EST).
If Outstanding Styling in a Short Film (the second category to be presented) is the first or only category in which you are nominated, please wait until the Winner is announced for the previous category, before logging on to the PRIVATE STREAMYARD link.
*** A SOFIE staffer will be in the YouTube chat, by 5:30 PM, to remind Nominees when to logon to the PRIVATE STREAMYARD link.
*** When logging on to the PRIVATE STREAMYARD link, please remember to MUTE YOUTUBE.
*** Please try to be online and in the YOUTUBE chat by 6:00 PM EST, so that the SOFIE Staffer can check you in and knows that you have joined us.

NOMINEES need NOT logon for this portion of the SOFIE event. Of course, if interested to hear from some of your fellow Nominees, please do join the stream at 5:30 PM.

The 8th Annual SOFIE Short Film Awards
Hosted, for the fifth year, by award-winning actor and Emmy voter, Rico E. Anderson.
All Nominees participating in the ceremony virtually, should log on to the YOUTUBE link (above and below), no later than 6:00 PM EST.
AWARDS SHOW FORMAT
Once you join via STREAMYARD:
* Please remember to MUTE YOUTUBE
* Your nomination category will be announced
* Each nominated short film will be announced, and a clip from the film shown
* The Host will say something along the lines of..."And the winner is...", as he opens the golden envelope
* The Winner will be announced
* If present on STREAMYARD, the Winner will have an opportunity to say a few words and accept the SOFIE Award.
* If the Nominee is NOT nominated in the category to follow, please log off of STREAMYARD, and resume watching the ceremony on YOUTUBE.
* If the Nominee is nominated in more than one category, please be prepared to log on to STREAMYARD each time.
PLEASE NOTE: The STREAMYARD link is private for NOMINEES ONLY to participate in the awards ceremony, DURING the presentation of their nominated categories.
